About Tangier
The above photo is of a scenic view from the outskirts of Tangier, one of Morocco's largest and most beautiful cities. It comprises the true artistic centre of the country and was once the temporary home of the Rolling Stones. Additionally, as a port city, Tangier acts as the true gateway between Spain and Morocco, a fact that helps add wealth to the area and make it a very desirable region.
The economy of Tangier relies heavily on tourism for income, something which has increased land values steadily, and this is a trend which will almost certainly be long-lived. A satellite image of the city shows its crescent orientation around all of the highly valued beachfront that exists along the Strait of Gibraltar:
In general, Tangier is simply a lovely place to visit and an area whose property market seems to have almost innumerable opportunities to offer to motivated investors. The area is primed to explode and already is steeped in Spanish and French visitors who pump the area full of foreign currency. It is also becoming increasingly popular with the British, they are rapidly buying properties in and around Tangier.
Tangier, however, just one of two very exciting cities that are posed for economic explosion.
